Meet the Squad
The Digital Main Street program was created by the Toronto Association of Business Improvement Areas (TABIA), and in partnership with the Ontario Business Improvement Area Association (OBIAA) rolled out a platform of education and grants for businesses as they transform their brick and mortar business to have a complementary online presence.
Part of the roll out of this program is to create local, 'on the ground' service squads to help business owners through the platform and implement their learning. The local provider for the region of Atikokan to Greenstone was awarded to the Thunder Bay & District Entrepreneur Centre (part of the Thunder Bay Community Economic Development Commission).
This is the 3rd 'season' of the program. Feel free to check out the team for this round.
As development officer for the Entrepreneur Centre, Ryan oversees the rollout of the local squad. He's worked with small businesses in the area for over 7 years and loves helping out however he can.
After 11 years of experience leading digital projects for different companies, he knows the importance that digitization generates for businesses in their communities.
